Machining services, Automatic lathes, CNC machining centers, Stamping, Line Cutting, Laser Cutting and other forming processes. And in accordance with customer demand, M&T may provide precision metal parts in plating (Copper, Nickel, Chromium, and Zinc), chemical plating, electrolysis (electro polishing), anode, blackening, coating or color painting, electrophoresis, pickling, passivation, polishing, sandblasting, shoot-peening, laser marking and other surface treatments, or heat treatment and annealing services. 

Quality control committed:
After inspections on full range of materials to be qualified, apply the quality check for the dimensions of finished products manually, checking on special designed gauges, two-dimensional projectors, three-dimensional analysis equipment and more. After checking the dimensions, QC dept will generate inspection records and reports for each order before shipping.

★Hardware products are in compliance with the latest Rohs directives and comply with the standards of ASTM, JIS, CNS, CSC, EN, GB, SAE, ANSI / AWS and other standards. In accordance with requirements, M&T may provide notary inspection reports from SGS, AOV, CTI or other third-party testing organizations.
